AMENDMENTS REPEALED - record exactly: Iowa adopted the 2023 NEC with state amendments (former 481 IAC 404.3). HF2800, signed 2026-06-02 and effective on signing, eliminated those state amendments (except the exclusions/amendments written into HF2800 itself) and reverted Iowa to the unamended 2023 NEC until the 2026 NEC is adopted (DIAL electrical permits/inspections page). amendments_url is therefore blank - there is no standing state amendment set to link.
