Working notes

Adoption verified firsthand in the official NMAC register text: 14.10.4.8 adopts the 2020 NEC by reference as amended by this rule - New Mexico amendments are inside 14.10.4 itself (amendments_url is the same rule). Journeyman classifications sit in 14.6.6 NMAC, which was not opened firsthand this pass; the one class verified on an official RLD page is EE-98J (residential and commercial electrical, 8,000 hours), the only classification New Mexico reciprocates (RLD CID Journeyman Alert, license_classes_url). Deeper class list (ER-1J, EL-1J, ES-1J, ES-3J et al.) remains unverified here - do not assert it from secondary copies.
