EDITION JUMP - recorded exactly: Wisconsin remained on the 2017 NEC until 2026-09-01, when CR 26-016's amendment of SPS 316.007 moved the incorporation directly to the 2023 NEC, skipping the 2020 edition entirely. Secondary roundups listing Wisconsin on the 2017 NEC are stale after 2026-09-01. Wisconsin's amendments are not a separate packet - ch. SPS 316 is itself the amended electrical code, so the amendments URL points to the chapter's incorporation section.
