Working notes

Split-edition state - do not flatten: 2023 NEC was adopted (Building Code Council 2023-12-12; Rules Review Commission 2024-02-28) but is INDEFINITELY DELAYED by Session Law 2025-2 (HB 47) s.5.12 and is not in effect. Classifications and value caps (Limited $60,000 actual / $100,000 statutory ceiling; Intermediate $150,000 / $200,000, per Board annotation) are verified on the G.S. 87-43 page; the Board's /licensing/ page itself returned a browser 429 this pass and was not opened.
